Job Description

We are looking for an individual ready to manage and develop content
creation and strategy for the luxury hospitality industry. You will ensure
that your team unveils the secrets of some of the worlds most beautiful
cities and ensure that your readers have the most authentic experience
during their stay.

As Senior Editorial Content Manager you are responsible
to fill the digital Magazines and City Guides with content that engages and
inspires the guests of our client hotels. You will manage a team of writers
to cover the properties and cities where we find our clients as well as
create your own articles to ensure a steady flow so that the guests are
kept up to date with what is happening in the city they are in.

You will also be responsible for developing strategies on how we can use and
leverage our content in order to continually stay on the edge of our
industry and increase the value for our clients, as well as for Go Find It.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Follow-up on budgets and create monthly reports Create strategies and suggest new business models to
leverage on the extensive top quality digital hospitality content created
within Go Find It.

Manage a team of subordinate writers. Set and follow up
on their goals, schedules and be a team leader they trust and rely on Write
engaging tourism-oriented texts to showcase the highlights and the
peculiarities of various world locations, resorts and Hotel amenities Stay
in contact with the clients and make sure that our content stays true to
their brands Be the Go Find It face outwards when clients come to visit or
call Provide input with marketing and other company communications that
require the written word Train subordinates and clients to use and interact
with our patented Go Find It Content Management System Devise and
kick-start the improvements and updates of the Content Management System

Desired Skills And Experience English/French Writing And Speaking

proficiency is mandatory At least 8 years of experience in the content
management field An understanding that high quality content is a key driver
to succeed in digital transformation A passion for the Luxury Hospitality
Industry is essential Ability to switch narrative styles that capture the
nuances of different properties The ability to manage and motivate a
diverse and international team while adhering to strict deadlines and
quantity quotas Other languages are a plus (special interest in Spanish,
Russian, Korean) Experience in a previous start-up is a plus The tenacity
and ambition to take content production and distribution to the next level
