NTT Disruption is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to help build Growthland, a collection of digital marketing, content creation, and production services that link the future of brands to today’s presence. We legitimize the best open talent and communities by leveraging AI and edge-tech solutions to deliver the best media content in a new end to end managed supply suite.

This position will report to the Product Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Develop AI functionalities, working closely with a team of marketing professionals and project managers.
• Functionalities such as the implementation of learning and recommendation models based on the user's experience with the platform, or automatic content generation.
• Play a key role in identifying new functionalities where AI can contribute to generate marketing contents more efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

• +5 years' work-experience as data scientist.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
• Python language to manipulate data and draw insights.
• Statistical modelling and machine learning (scikit-learn, keras)
• Visualization of data with libraries such as matplotlib, seaborn or plotly.
• End-to-end solution design and delivery
• Team management using agile methodologies  
• Good communication skills to non-technical audiences
• Proactive and with a high learning drive  

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with AWS
• Experience with version control (git preferably)
• NLP or computer vision knowledge
