Job Description

You will work in the Player Support Content and Insights team which mission is to retain as many of our players and keep them actively engaged via smart, relevant, useful and engaging content. Your ambition will be to scale our player support model with content that is player friendly, reduce the contact ratio and improve player satisfaction.

Your Role Within our Kingdom
  • Execute the support content strategy across all support touch points (Help Centre, Email, Community and FAQs).
  • Create relevant and engaging content to drive the adoption of our self-service tools as well as the engagement with the community.
  • Monitor and run detailed analysis on the performance and usage of the self-service tools to understand the need for new content and drive content optimization.
  • Maintain the content and ensure it’s always up to date: for this you’ll need to engage with key stakeholders within Player Support and across the entire organization, identifying new needs for content and updates.
  • Work with your team to drive efficiencies in the processes and prioritization criteria to maximize output.
  • Skills To Create Thrills
    • Experience in copywriting, preferably in the customer care environment and have strong creativity to offer.
    • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
    • Experience writing and optimizing copy in several of the following channels: blog, in-game, help centers, forums.
    • Experience creating content for international markets with the support of a translation/localization function.
    • You are responsible, self-motivated and innovative, and have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines. You are able to analyze best performing content and drive optimization.You have experience working in an international environment, being a flexible and committed team-player.
