Senior Business Analyst in Barcelona

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to be a part of our Customer Operations (CS) team. We have great ambitions to deliver world leading Customer Services to our players.

Your role within our Kingdom
You will be an expert within the CS Technology team working closely with stakeholders on exciting projects to deliver best in class customer experiences. You will assume responsibility for understanding and assessing the CS technical architecture and interrelated system requirements driven by our project portfolio. You’ll develop strong relationships with internal and external technology teams and knowledge of the underlying technology systems and infrastructure to support decisions making.

As Senior Business Analyst, you will also help drive our strategy around reporting and analytics, reviewing, revising and developing KPIs to measure and quantify the performance and benefits of the technology deployed.

You’ll act as a key resource for colleagues with less experience by providing coaching and support. Drawing on best practices, you will take the lead on developing and improving King products and processes and will enjoy a creative, challenging and collaborative environment where your ideas will be every bit as valued as your analysis expertise.

• 3-5 years’ business or systems analysis experience in a tech environment;
• examine existing IT systems and business models;
• analyse systems requirements;
• assist in product development;
• design, implement, configure and test feasible solutions.
• liaising extensively with external or internal clients;
• mapping and documenting interfaces between systems;
• translating requirements into project briefs;
• identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability;
• conducting requirements analysis and preparing specific proposals for modified or replacement systems;
• Advanced skills in Excel and knowledge of SQL to be able to manipulate data sets;
• Have a strong customer focus and identify with our players and products
• Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Coaching and mentoring of others to share best practice and skills
