YOUR WORK-LIFE OPPORTUNITY:

As a SEM Campaign Specialist, you will be part of the Global Performance Marketing team in a quickly growing data driven company. You will work alongside performance marketers, data engineers & data scientists and be responsible for using data to proactively uncover untapped opportunities, designing new programs and processes, measuring performance and optimising all aspects of Glovos marketing efforts.

BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:

  • Execute, develop and optimize search campaigns directly across all regions and new launches (Africa, Eastern Europe, Western Europe, CIS)

  • Focus primarily on campaigns (web and mobile web) in platforms like Google, Bing, Yandex, etc.

  • Support the team in the daily business with your hands-on and analytical mentality

  • Work closely with a very experienced marketing team to support new initiatives through SEM

  • Be given the trust and support to grow, develop, and make a difference whilst being encouraged to bring your unique perspective to the table

  • Collaborate together and learn from each other

  • Have specific targets to reach that you will be measured upon

  • Drive excellence across markets you are responsible for and communicate results and best practices to the team

  • Proactively do continuous A-B testing and performance analysis in order to optimise the channel performance with a dedicated data analyst

  • Work cross departmental (comms, local marketing teams, BI, Martech, SEO) to define the best strategy for SEM campaigns

  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

YOU HAVE:

  • 3+ years of SEM experience

  • An excellent understanding of Google Editor, Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (this includes familiarity with VLookups, Pivot Tables and other such functionalities)

  • Comfortable with being accountable for major advertising programs, collaborating with data and tech teams

  • Passionate about numbers, experimentation, online advertising and hungry to learn new things

  • Deep interest in web and app technologies and the latest developments and trends in online behaviour

  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, discover root causes and identify opportunities

  • Ability to prioritise workload and deliver results for multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to think outside the box and introduce fresh ideas

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in both English + any other language is a plus)

  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude

NICE-TO-HAVES:

  • Experience or understanding of other channels of performance marketing (Display, Youtube, mobile marketing)

  • Experience in Apple Search Ads is a plus

  • Experience in the food or delivery industry is preferred

  • Understanding of attribution and tagging platforms
