What we'd need...
We are looking for an awesome Scrum Master to join our product team and to help us deliver the leading technology for closing contracts and maximize the performance of the platform.
Some of your responsibilities will be...
- Facilitating scrum ceremonies (preparing, moderate and post process).
- Generating and maintaining scrum artifacts.
- Encouraging development team’s self-organization.
- Sprint follow up, removing impediments and providing clear vision to stakeholders.
- Working closely with PO’s assisting in prioritizing and maintaining product and sprint backlogs.
- Providing feedback to the team.
- Working closely and coordinated with other Scrum Masters and management.
- Promoting the use of Agile Engineering Practices.
- Promoting motivation throughout the team and organization.
- Helping the team to continuously improve their process and keep focused.
This is you
- Highly proficient in all agile aspects, and at least two years of experience.
- Solid knowledge of Jira, Confluence and kanban boards.
- Experience facilitating retrospectives.
- Problem solver oriented.
- Proactive, detail oriented and team player.
- Sociable, with a happy and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Spanish and good level of written and spoken English.
These are not mandatory, but if you have them, we'd be very happy :)
- Experience working in SAFe and/or LeSS environments
- Experience working in SaaS startups
- Scrum Master Professional certification
