Your Role
Coach & Mentor our teams on Scrum and Agile processes and drive our continuous improvement within Coya’s product and software development
Initiating and moderating Scrum Meetings such as Sprint Plannings, Reviews and Groomings
Responsible to help us improve our feedback culture through retrospectives and other channels
Collaborating with Coya’s Product Owners and Team Leaders from various departments (e.g. Design, Engineering, etc.)
Work with our Engineering Managers to empower our teams
Motivating the whole squad throughout the project life cycle, by keeping Coya a great place to work
Help us scale agile across multiple teams
Your Profile
A university degree in e.g Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable education with a corresponding background
Several years of experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a fast-paced working environment
Experience in leading cross-functional teams with a highly agile mindset
Skills in moderation, coaching and conflict management, and a strong analytical and problem-solving mentality
Excellent stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
Fluent in English; German skills are a plus!
Optional:
A Scrum Master certification, e.g. as Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master
Experience with scaling agile & scrum to multiple teams
