As the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist you will be
playing a key role in the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
for this end-user. You will be hands on with the project and responsible
for configuring the platform as well as utilising various modules
within SFMC.
Your Responsibilities:
- Marketing Campaign Implementation & Execution:
- Support definition of campaigns in close collaboration with business segments
- Setup of mails based on business and marketing input
- Implement marketing campaigns and customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Execute campaigns and monitor
- Work in close cooperation with Product Managers
- Ensure quality & timely delivery
- Consult & train internal stakeholders
- CRM & Marketing Templates & Landing Page Management:
- Develop, setup & maintain CRM templates
- Create mailings and landing pages based on business input
- Build landing pages, Customer journeys & email automations
- Drive for standardization & efficiency
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Management & Administration:
- Manage & administrate WorldSBK and MotoGP Salesforce Marketing Cloud setup
- Administrate & maintain the system; ensure effective troubleshooting
- Define concepts for improvement & extension of the system
- Trigger, manage & execute technical infrastructure projects
- Train, consult & support internal users; support monitoring & analytics
- Data & Query Management:
- Analyze data sources
- Consult & discuss data requirements with internal stakeholders
- Develop & setup distribution lists based on business requirements
- Personalization of mailings
- Monitor & ensure data quality & campaign execution
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s / Master degree related to digital marketing and business intelligence or significant working experience in the field
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud technical infrastructure
- Understanding of CRM and Marketing processes, terminology & best practices; knowledge about data analysis
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the field
- Strong business acumen
- Solution & execution focused with an eye on quality
- Strong team player and communication skills
- Fluent English skills; any other language is a plus
