Job Description

As the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist you will be playing a key role in the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud for this end-user. You will be hands on with the project and responsible for configuring the platform as well as utilising various modules within SFMC.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Campaign Implementation & Execution:
  • Support definition of campaigns in close collaboration with business segments
  • Setup of mails based on business and marketing input
  • Implement marketing campaigns and customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Execute campaigns and monitor
  • Work in close cooperation with Product Managers
  • Ensure quality & timely delivery
  • Consult & train internal stakeholders
  • CRM & Marketing Templates & Landing Page Management:
  • Develop, setup & maintain CRM templates
  • Create mailings and landing pages based on business input
  • Build landing pages, Customer journeys & email automations
  • Drive for standardization & efficiency
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Management & Administration:
  • Manage & administrate WorldSBK and MotoGP Salesforce Marketing Cloud setup
  • Administrate & maintain the system; ensure effective troubleshooting
  • Define concepts for improvement & extension of the system
  • Trigger, manage & execute technical infrastructure projects
  • Train, consult & support internal users; support monitoring & analytics
  • Data & Query Management:
  • Analyze data sources
  • Consult & discuss data requirements with internal stakeholders
  • Develop & setup distribution lists based on business requirements
  • Personalization of mailings
  • Monitor & ensure data quality & campaign execution

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s / Master degree related to digital marketing and business intelligence or significant working experience in the field
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud technical infrastructure
  • Understanding of CRM and Marketing processes, terminology & best practices; knowledge about data analysis
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the field
  • Strong business acumen
  • Solution & execution focused with an eye on quality
  • Strong team player and communication skills
  • Fluent English skills; any other language is a plus
