We are looking for a Salesforce IT Product Owner to join our Internal IT team for exploring new frontiers in our Lead to Cash trajectory!

After successfully adopting AGILE “Spotify” organization framework, Internal IT department is specifically in charge of two key supportive missions :

  • providing internal IT solutions and services needed to support Criteo businesses and IT users, operations and projects in their daily lives with a fast and agile approach.

  • Supporting strategic evolution of Criteo and offering smart and innovative solutions while ensuring cost efficiency, privacy, security and compliance.

Within IIT, XRM  Tribe’s mission statement stands in one ambition : Ease the journey of our commercials and the other business lines by making them focus on added value actions. To do so, our mission is to leverage the Salesforce capabilities to make the platform the key pillar of the Lead to Cash end to end process​.

What XRM IT Product Owner mission looks like:

- Contribute to Salesforce platform vision with business stakeholders

- Work closely with Senior PO and Tribe leader to identify Growth opportunities

- Create product increments according to business value/ROI

- Anticipate & Manage dependencies with other Product Owners

- Plan and prioritize backlog to ensure the delivery factory is accurately occupied

- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful sprint completion

- Research and analyze CRM market, benchmark industry best practices

- Keep abreast with Agile best practices and new trends

- You justify previous working experience as a Product Owner for more than 2 years

- You have an extensive and transversal knowledge of Lead to order and order to cash processes

- You know about Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud ecosystem and has experienced several Salesforce implementation projects

- You have excellent organizational and time management skills
