We’re looking for a passionate, proactive and pragmatic Sales Team Lead for the Spanish market to join our team of 20+ nationalities. You'll grow with us as we strive to fulfil our mission and vision: to bring transparency to the real estate market with the cleanest and most complete real estate database in the world.

Our end products are: a metasearch like Trivago or Skyscanner, a daily market data feed like Bloomberg Terminal, and we are currently building property market analytics with the most complete database updated in real time.

Your role
. Plan and execute solutions for the Sales Spain team to maximize our revenue;
. Develop a strategy to build the CASAFARI brand in Spain;
. Mentor our team members, with special regard to closing deals;
. Identify business opportunities with prospective customers;
. Maintain relationships with larger clients by providing information, support and guidance;
. Prepare reports by collecting sales information and statistics.

What we’re looking for
. Native Spanish;
. Conversational level of English;
. Living in or open to relocating to Lisbon;
. Exceptionally ambitious and hungry for success;
. Leadership orientated;
. Ability to deliver a data-driven pitch and explain complex concepts in a simple manner;
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
. Autonomous, self-driven, strong growth mindset;
. Energetic and personable.
