AdSecure is an ad verification tool that helps the different actors of the online advertising ecosystem to regain control and confidence by offering an ad quality solution capable of scanning, analyzing and detecting malicious or non-compliant creatives and campaigns. The startup belongs to ExoGroup, a set of companies including ExoClick, Exads and MobileCashout, and offering a range of services within the digital business landscape.

AdSecure is looking for a motivated Sales Manager ready to make a difference in the fast-growing ad tech space. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible to expand and grow the company's market share worldwide. This is an excellent opportunity to get involved in a growing organization with room for professional growth.

This position can be based either in Barcelona or Dublin depending on your preference.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive all phases of the sales lifecycle: identify and develop leads, qualify the leads, understand client needs, meet with clients, develop the value proposition, structure deals, negotiate deal points, negotiate contracts, and close.

  • Leverage external relationships and personal network to generate sales leads.

  • Identify and attend events that are most suited to generate new revenue and increase AdSecure brand visibility.

  • Forecasting, budgeting and business planning.

  • Display a thorough understanding of the online advertising and ad technology sector, and AdSecure's competitive advantages.

Essential requirements:

  • Proven experience in selling B2B Technology/SAAS and digital advertising technology.

  • A strong learning curve, with the ability to understand a customer’s needs on both the business and technical sides.

  • Experience building organizations that delight prospects and customers throughout the entire client life-cycle - understand all components of customer acquisition, retention, renewal, and upgrade within a subscription model business.

  • Native or very high level of English.

  • Self-motivated with high energy and a willingness to learn and adapt.

  • Strong organizational skills, preferably with hands-on CRM experience.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to wear many hats and a strong desire to build something great.

  • Hunter mentality and willingness to travel.
