Job Description

Crisalix is expanding and a role has become available for an award-winning Sales Director to join our worldwide distributed Sales team.

This position will see the successful candidate take over and lead a team of approx. 25 Sales Executives spanned all over the world, define scalable sales process and procedures, whilst recruit, select, onboard and train new sales team members.

Reporting directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing, this position will require an outstanding result- driven and number -oriented team Manager with excellent people management skills and strong leaderships abilities to help the Sales team to achieve their goals.

This position can be based remotely anywhere in Europe and will require a high degree of travel and commitment of time to support both the Sales team as well as the Senior Management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve revenue growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing, coaching and nurturing a team of approx. 25 Sales Executives (worldwide distributed) as well as hire, recruit, select, onboard and train new sales team members all over the world.
  • Develop scalable process, set targets and implement and track sales KPIs to drive continued improvement and success of the Sales Team.
  • Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps
  • Work together with the Training team to develop and refine sales methodologies for executing, measuring and sharing performance results.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management team to define, develop and optimize sales strategies and programs to foster customer engagement and secure growth and profitability.
  • Accurately forecast future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace
  • Manage monthly forecasting and report accurate and timely revenue numbers and pipeline reports to the Senior Management.
  • Keep up to date with latest market news and industry trends.
  • Participates in events, medical congresses and trade shows


Requirements

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of overachieving sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets and quotas.
  • Previous sales experience either within the medical industry or within international SME selling niche products or services/ or a game-changing technology.
  • 5+ years of successful experience in a senior leadership role overseeing, managing and coaching international large sales teams.
  • Previous successful experience in identify and attract talented salespeople, as well as hire and onboard them to create a high-performance sales force.
  • Proven expertise in strategic planning and execution, managing process and accurately forecast future sales volumes
  • Adequate technical understanding to successfully represent our technology to prospective clients
  • Previous experience in working with CRM

Languages
  • Proficient in English both spoken and written is a must
