Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:


- Prospect for new clients
- Make outbound calls
- Understand client’s challenges and identify how Serviceform can solve them
- Perform live demos and webinars
- Qualify sales opportunity and assign to the onboarding team appropriately
- Close deals!

Skills and Knowledge

- Exceptional customer relationship building skills
- Comfortable with outbound reach - cold calling
- Enjoys the sales process & will ask for the sale
- Self-starter with strong drive
- Strong English writing, communication & video conferencing skills
- Quick learner and eager to use new tools
- Highly organized and strong ability to multi-task
- Ability to influence decision-making and change
- Ability to follow through on tasks until completed and a hight degree of flexibility
- Comfortable with using Mac, Windows, iOS, Chrome OS, CRM and Cloud-based tools
- Previous sales experience in a software sales is a plus but not a requirement

Compensation:
- Salary
- Commissions paid monthly
- Potential for equity
