Ruby on Rails (lead) Developer in Amsterdam

For our growing team we are looking for a part-time or full-time Developer in Ruby on Rails.

You will be responsible for:

- Building and maintaining an online e-commerce platform: thenextcloset.com
- Hands-on coding and product development
- Integrating with third party APIs (e.a. iOS & Android app, Exact Online, shipping software)
- Choosing the right technologies and techniques required to support the platform

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails coding
- Software engineering fundamentals (e.g. CSS, HTML, GIT)
- Strong Analytical Skills, understanding of databases/SQL
- Based in The Netherlands (non-remote)
- Enthusiastic team player (you’ll work in a team with among others two experienced Ruby Developers, a CPO, growth hackers, app developers & designers)
- Part-time, but preferably full-time, available (flexible working hours, office in city center of Amsterdam)
- Fluency in Dutch or English
