McMakler offers an all-in-one real estate broker-service for a fair
price. As a Berlin-based hybrid broker we combine the advantages of
technology and the individual service of traditional broker. We recently
have secured an investment of €16 million and strive towards our goal
of disrupting the German real estate market. Our experienced team of
young and ambitious professionals consists out of 300 employees,
including 100 real-estate agents located at over 50 offices. With our
current exponential growth on our way to build an excellent product, we
are now looking for experienced team member who is passionate about
API-first Solutions.
Your profile
• 3+ years of experience
• Team player with strong communication skills, fluent in English
• Strong understanding of software development principles as well as trouble shooting and debugging
•
Open personality and superior communication skills to lead both, the
process and the people in transforming an idea into a
successful implementation
• Result-oriented, detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Knowledge in Python, Nodejs, GO or equivalent
• Knowledge in MongoDB, PostgreSQL or equivalent
• Knowledge in SonarQube, WebDriver, Selenium, BrowserStack, Postman or equivalent
• Knowledge in cypress, puppeteer, protractor, chimp, nightwatch is a plus
• Knowledge in coaching, recruiting and training is a plus
As a Release Manager you will
•
Initiate the test planning activities for test case design and
encourage the team to hold review meetings and ensure that the review
comments are incorporated
• Monitor the test progress by constantly
assessing the work assigned to each of the resources and re-balance or
re-allocate them as required
• Hold discussions with testers to figure out the issues that they may be facing and strive hard to resolve them
• Hold meetings within the test team to make sure everyone is aware of what the other fellow team members are doing
• Coordinate with software component teams to ensure that software is released on schedule and meets requirements
• Support software releases by releasing internal notifications, supporting documentation and software availability
• Deploy software and work with DevOps to maintain and troubleshoot issues on the QA test systems
