We are looking for a skilled and dedicated QA engineer to help us
ensure stability and performance of our platform and open source
technologies, on-site/fulltime in Berlin
The role
- Liase closely with development and devops
- Design and implement scalable automation testing strategies
- Ensure quality and reliability of individual components and the platform as a whole
- Work within an agile environment
- Work on a well structured greenfield project

Skills you'll need
- Fluency in English (spoken & written)
- Programming experience in JavaScript and/or others
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like Mocha, Chai or JUnit
- Experience with browser automation such as Selenium, Nightwatch or headless browsers
- Understanding of Cucumber/Gherkin and acceptance testing frameworks
- A highly structured and independent way of working
Skills that would be good to have
- Experience in creating benchmarks and perfomance tests
- Knowledge of distributed systems and concurrency
- An understanding of low level networking
- Linux proficiency
- AWS experience
