Within the Sales Strategy Team, you will report to the Commercial PMO.
You will lead projects that will contribute to the Commercial department transformation. You will make a big impact to the Criteo organization and business by bringing your project management skills and deliver projects, as expected.
You will work with a variety of leaders and teams from Commercial, Operations, People, Finance departments across the globe.
9 months fixed term contrat, location can either be Paris or Barcelona

What you will do

  • Ensure the projects you are assigned are structured to successfully scope, execute and deliver.
  • Define the project governance and project plan.
  • Align project scoping among sponsors, core team and contributors.
  • Ensure regular reporting to management and raise any risks and roadblocks to your manager
  • Coordinate internal resources across the globe : prioritize and assign tasks & deadline to the project core team and contributors for project to hit the ground.
  • Challenge the team for the project to be delivered with the expected quality and timeline.
  • Organize and prepare meetings, ensure all information is available and shared in advance of meetings and make sure decisions, next steps and actions are clear in MoM.
  • Ensure the project is followed up through a proper hand over
  • Who you are

  • Business/management or engineering school
  • Proven working experience in project management – at least 5 years - in a strategy / management consulting firm or in similar role in a fast moving environment.
  • Excellent Project management skills, organization (multi-tasking) and time management.
  • Very good problem solver, ability to understand and adapt to different environments.
  • Understanding / strong appetite to understand the Ad Tech Business
  • Fluent English spoken and written (you will be working in English).
  • Proven experience working with teams located in Americas, EMEA and APAC.
  • Strong Excel / PowerPoint skills.
  • Dynamic profile with drive, pro-activity and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Team player and willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Able to work effectively across functions/teams.
