Project Manager - Operations & Technology en Madrid

Eurovision Services is looking for a proactive Operations & Technology Project Manager based in Madrid, to support our Chief Technology Officer and our Chief Operations Officer in daily operations and strategic initiatives.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the CTO and COO on cross-functional topics, from optimizing internal processes to improving communication across teams. This is a unique opportunity to become an operational partner to a highly technical team, bringing structure where there is complexity and ensuring that nothing gets lost in an inbox.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

As an Operations & Technology Project Manager, you will:

• Act as a supportive project manager to the CTO and COO, helping to manage workflows, communication, and special initiatives.
• Drive cross-departmental projects focused on process improvement, change management, and operational alignment.
• Track and address operational challenges, organizing and facilitating process optimization projects.
• Evaluate existing processes, identify improvements, support role out optimized workflows.
• Oversee project execution and ensure smooth completion of operational tasks within the departments.
• Support COO/CTO and Technology/Operations heads to develop a solid budget planning and tracking acting as an interface to financial departments.
• Act as a trusted advisor for management and teams, ensuring alignment and consensus.

YOUR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor or master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project or operations management, ideally within the broadcast or media industry
• Official Project Management certification would be a plus.

YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
• Ability to operate confidently in both technical and business environments, acting as a bridge between engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders
• Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for a variety of audiences
• Proficiency with project management and workflow tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Confluence
• A tech-curious mindset and the ambition to grow into a strategic leadership role
• A collaborative attitude and strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
