You will act as the project manager for initiatives that require communicating to clients due to operational or legal changes, such as T&Cs updates or migration of banking providers.
Principal areas of responsibility:
Own the delivery of these projects end-to-end, collaborating and coordinating across functions (marketing, legal, ops, tech, commercial and product).
Find opportunities to digitise or change the processes to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and/or customer experience
Analyse and create controls to ensure the changes and communications have been effective
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCE
Experience in the financial sector; FX, lending or payments preferred
Experience engaging with clients
Strong understanding of software development and Agile
Experience with CRMs, ideally Salesforce
Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders across seniority levels
Self-starter able to work effectively in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
Good communication and presentation skills
Highly organised and strong project management skills
