About th e  role:   

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Manager to lead cross-functional delivery initiatives across Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse projects in a fast-paced environment.

This role is not limited to project coordination or Agile process administration.  The successful candidate will independently drive delivery execution, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and cross-team coordination across multiple concurrent initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver who can navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and ensure delivery outcomes remain aligned to business priorities.

What you'll do:   

  • Organize and lead project teams throughout the project life cycle.

  • Partner with Product, Technology, and Business stakeholders to define priorities, delivery plans, and execution strategies

  • Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate decision-making in complex delivery environments

  • Analyze and rationalize requirements to determine agreed, achievable project objectives that align to organizational goals, strategies, and objectives.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery coordination across multiple workstreams, dependencies and teams

  • Coordinate project activities across multiple initiatives while maintaining visibility into risks, blockers, dependencies and timelines

  • Proactively identify risks, resolve blockers, and drive issue resolution across teams and stakeholders

  • Maintain delivery transparency using Jira and Agile practices for planning, dependency management and execution tracking

  • Communicate clearly and concisely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership where required

  • Support continuous initiatives across project delivery and team collaboration practices

What you'll need:  

  • BS/BA in computer science, information systems or equivalent working experience

  • 2+ years of experience in project or program management within technology-

  • 2+ years of experience in executing projects in Agile Scrum Methodology

  • Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.

  • Strong practical knowledge of Jira and Agile delivery practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage cross-functional in fast-paced, evolving environments.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence prioritization, drive alignment and manage competing priorities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical teams, business stakeholders and leadership audiences.

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to structure complex issues and drive execution forward.

  • Experience in Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence or enterprise data environments preferred.

  •  governance, master data management, data quality or enterprise data solutions is beneficial.

  • PMP and / or Agile Scrum certifications preferred.
