Who you are...
- 2 years of demonstrated operational and/or administrative experience.
- Experience working for a software company.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing business requirements, manage
conflicting priorities, and respond well to the fast-paced work
environment.
- Ability to set clear and realistic goals.
- High proficiency in English.
Challenges you will work on:
The Project Coordinator is a resource for the day-to-day operations,
supporting the Sales, Product and Customer Success teams. This role will
support multiple teams to get more done, faster!
- Coordinate day-to-day support functions among multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic platform issues as they relate to the best use of Agentero; triage and escalate the more complex.
- Updates necessary system(s) to ensure that project and/or program
status is maintained with complete accuracy, including third-party
management systems
Implement projects for our CRM (Salesforce). - You will be successful in this role if you are naturally curious and
have the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, navigate through
ambiguity, are organized and have strong attention to details.
