We are looking for adventurers to join our smart and inspiring team in Madrid, Munich or Cluj-Napoca with the possibility to work in the TrustYou office or remotely in these countries (Spain, Germany or Romania).
The TrustYou Guest Feedback Platform is used by more than 50,000 hotels worldwide to consolidate and analyze guest feedback. Within one tool, our clients get an overview of all reviews from Booking.com, Google, TripAdvisor, and are able to drill down into insights extracted from the text via TrustYou’s NLP capabilities. Our product also has real-time communication features, allowing guests to message the hotel reception while they are at the hotel.
At TrustYou, an engineering team that is responsible for tier-2 technical support for our largest clients of TrustYou Analytics (hotel chains, tourism organization, ...). It's not a helpdesk or troubleshooting team: Our support engineers write code and do large-scale database automations.

Your Area of Influence:
- Write automation scripts and tools
- Create and maintain SQL databases, do database migrations
- Develop and maintain internal GUI tools
- Exploratory data analysis (EDA)
- Write technical specifications based on customer requirements
- Onboarding projects with our Client Success Team and Key Account Management (e.g: creating accounts, setups, data exports/imports for our clients)
Our Expectations of You:
- 1 - 3 years of experience
- Our main language is Python. However, we accept your background in either Python, C++ or Java
- Knowledge of databases, indexes, query optimization
- Familiarity with Unix commands, affinity for command line
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Good theoretical knowledge of data structures & algorithms
What Would Make You a Perfect Fit:
- Web development experience (e.g. JavaScript, jQuery, React, etc.)
- MapReduce/Hadoop/Spark experience
- Business Intelligence experience (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
