We offer a wide variety of tech solutions, from chatbots to gift vouchers solutions. Some of our solutions help you get upgraded to business class, others reschedule your flight when you can't fly, and others help automate customer service, among other things. Since all we do is white label, it is likely that you have already used our technology without noticing ;)

What’s the role?

The role is Product Support Specialist.

So what will be your goal as Product Support Specialist?

Caravelo is growing rapidly and seeking someone to help us offer standout support to our airline and travel sector customers. This role will join our Product team, collaborate across the company to deliver customer service efficiently and effectively and will report directly to the CIO.

Which means:

  • Investigate and resolve routine and complex customer inquiries

  • Obtain and develop an expert knowledge of our products and services

  • Optimize and refine processes to improve our customer experience

  • Collaborate with Product and Development teams to troubleshoot technical problems

  • Support in projects to help further develop the Operations team

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)

  • Experience working with customers (internal or external) – seeing customers happy makes you happy!

  • Thorough, organized, and process-oriented - able to prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong sense of urgency and personal accountability

  • Experience operating various systems and software tools, and enthusiasm to learn new skills and technologies

Nice to have (but not mandatory)

  • Basic (or more) programming experience

  • Knowledge of data protection and information security

  • Conversational level of Spanish
