Job Description:
At goLance we are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a background in business analysis to
join our team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining product features,
prioritizing product backlog, and ensuring our product meets the needs of our customers and
business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and gather requirements.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer
feedback.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product
improvement.
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Communicate product vision and strategy to the team and stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Must be data-driven with data analysis experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in market research and data analysis.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles.
- C2 Level English Required
