About the position

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to take our media buying product to the next level via automation and automated optimisation. You will be part of building high performance, yet meaningful user journeys connecting the paid audiences to our catalog of apps and editorial content.

You work closely with the subject experts and stakeholders of media buying, monetization, UX, business intelligence and engineering to convert the business ideas into a successful Arbitrage product, with a clear strategy and roadmap.

Understanding on how to build products leveraging real-time data as core part of the product features, and connecting the dots with the integrations of our advertisement, marketing and affiliation platform will be essential for your success.

In addition to the media buying product which is our strategic focus in 2022, you have more broad responsibility in the marketing in general; monetization and traffic acquisition using push notifications and email as building solutions for our affiliate partners.

REQUIREMENTS

Specific expertise that allows you shine in this role:

 

Media buying experience and paid traffic arbitrage business

Paid traffic automation and optimisation

API integrations with Google/Bing Ads platform  

Experience with Affiliation Networks  

Data product manager mindset

 

    General key responsibilities of a Product Owner

     

    Implement and Improve the products you own and optimize for value delivered.

    Play a leading role in your owned products, working closely with the main stakeholders, the Engineers and the rest of the Product Team.  

    Work together with the Product Team and the stakeholders to define the product strategy and the roadmap.

    Define and be accountable for the Product Objectives (OKRs) products you own.

    Plan and prioritize your product backlog following the principles of agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban).  

    Ensure the Engineering Team knows and understands what are the priorities and articulate detailed and excellent user stories for them.

    Follow a data-driven approach to Product Management and Product Development by developing, monitoring and reporting product KPIs.

    Plan and analyze A/B tests to improve the product main KPIs.  

    Communicate and influence in order to assure the alignment of product roadmap with the main stakeholders’ needs, market requirements and the overall Company
    strategy.  

    Be a Lean champion: follow a “fail fast” culture of innovation within our products, implementing agile principles into every aspect of the product life cycle.  

    Stay ahead of Industry trends and inform the business with relevant news and best practices

     

      Minimum experience and qualifications

      Minimum of 2 years of product management experience of a digital product.

      Proven prior experience working smoothly with Engineering teams.

      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

      Good understanding of the Tech environment or digital landscape.  

      Experience using JIRA or a similar agile product management tool.  

      Experience in A/B testing at scale.

      Experience in Data Analytics (like GA, QlikView, Kibana,...)

      High level of English.
