Do you want to accelerate sales teams and customers from Coches.net, Milanuncios, Infojobs , Fotocasa and Habitaclia? If this sounds tempting, then being a Product Owner for Adevinta Spain CRM team is the right place to be.

In Adevinta Spain , Barcelona, we are looking for a Product Owner to join the CRM team.

Main role is to accelerate and optimize the use of technology in Adevinta internal business processes: Marketing, Order to Cash and Customer service.

  • Defining best solutions for Adevinta internal tools and business procedures

  • Coordinate implementation and development of CRM tools.

Responsabilites:

  • Partner with business owners to understand their needs and define and achieve appropriate solutions within the scope of Dynamics 365, minimizing custom development.

  • Product Delivery. Ensures product strategy is in place, and backlog of validated ideas is ready for development. Ensures buy-in and commitment from the organisation.

  • Product Discovery. Conducts independent research to test hypotheses using a wide range of experimentation tools (incl. A/B testing).

  • Communicate internally to evangelize on sales procedures vision and inspire all stakeholders to get them on the same page.

  • Manages the efficient planning and delivery of new updates, modifications and the adoption of best practice policies, including conducting research to identify opportunities to leverage new functionality within the system that is released by Microsoft.

  • Increase the utilization of the Dynamics 365 through user engagement by supporting business users for day-to-day smooth operations.

  • Measure and evaluate how the product is used to ensure that the product solves the right problem

  • Challenge the technical team to get iterative product building

  • Build and maintain customer/organizational satisfaction.

  • Recognize and anticipate customer/organizational needs.

Requisitos

 

  • Proven experience with Product Development and with Scrum/Agile methodologies and Lean

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.

  • Proactivity and Relational intelligence.

  • Strong Technical understanding or Technical background

  • Strategic Approach. Ability to define team strategy based on long term company goals

  • Excellent problem solving aptitude combined with brilliant communication skills.

  • Ability to inspire and guide teams without direct authority and provide hands­ome leadership

  • Understand and be able to communicate with all types of internal and external stakeholders

  • Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams.

Wish:

  • Experience in Microsoft CRM platform

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, other Science field or equivalent practical experience.

  • Outstanding product instincts and creativity combined with a passion for digital media products

  • An excellent understanding of how technical teams work and an ability to provide leadership to technical teams so the products can be launched with maximum effectiveness

  • Experience with Integrated Contact/Call Center within the CRM platform.

  • Fluent in English
