Job Description

At Chattermill we use cutting-edge AI technology to give leading companies the key to improving their customer experience. We work with many of the most exciting companies in the world (Uber, HelloFresh, Transferwise, Skyscanner, and Deliveroo to name a few!) and are passionate about helping them put their customers’ at the heart of their decision making.

In three short years, we’ve grown from two co-founders to a team of 40 (and counting) bright and diverse individuals. We have big plans and are now looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join us to amplify our product marketing strategy as we develop the Chattermill platform. The Product Marketing Manager will undertake key industry and customer research to refine our customer personas and enhance our sales enablement collateral, processes and approach.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will:

• Take care of the creative development and publication of a range of product related marketing collateral including blog posts, case studies, webinars, and thought leadership pieces to convey Chattermill’s capabilities to partners and prospective clients
• Develop sales collateral and product marketing materials that set us apart from our competitors and showcase our product capabilities
• Support sales efforts by developing enabling collateral for all stages of the sales cycle including white-papers, slide decks, and videos
• Work to position Chattermill as a Category Leader in the Customer Experience space
• Take ownership of marketing activities around the launch of upcoming products and release of our upgraded platform
• Collaborate with product management and strategy leaders to develop a launch model and ensure launches are integrated with campaigns
• Partner with product development and engineering teams through the complete product development cycle to help create our communication strategies for our platform to ensure an audience-centric approach across the product portfolio
• Conduct research to gather insight around target personas including their buyer needs and the purchasing decision process
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to establish strategies to drive customer retention, up-sell and cross sell the product portfolio

What we’re looking for:

• Prior experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, marketing communications or sales enablement marketing
• Experience in implementing marketing strategies and campaigns that provide product insight to customers
• A track record of producing impactful sales enablement materials and marketing collateral
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns
• A collaborative individual who thrives when working with cross functional teams
• A strong understanding of content strategy and copy production across product marketing and sales enablement
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to think like each of our customers
• A lateral thinker who takes an indirect and creative approach to problem solving
• You’re excited at the prospect of coming up with creative approaches to Marketing that we may not have done before
• A strong customer focus and the ability to identify different customer and market segments, various buyer personas, and develop initiatives that address these specifically
• Strong commercial awareness and the desire to help grow the business

Nice to have:

• Prior experience working with SaaS products
• A good understanding of Customer Experience and passion for helping our clients in this area
• Degree level education in Marketing or similar
• Design skills and experience using Sketch or Illustrator
• Experience with customer research and user segmentation
• Prior experience in Product launch and market positioning
