The Role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help us present our products in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales. At Holded we adopt a product-led growth strategy, and the way we help users understand quickly the value of the product matters both for their journey and for the success of our business.


For this role, we are looking for someone customer-centric, data-driven, detail-oriented, critical-thinker, and strategic. You will be responsible for gathering customer insights, shaping our positioning, coordinating product launches, improving product communications, and ultimately influencing our product roadmap.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct ongoing competitor, industry, and customer research to inform strategy
  • Develop product marketing strategies (positioning, acquisition strategies, pricing, product launches)
  • Constantly refine our positioning, value proposition, personas, use cases, and messaging
  • Provide insights, data, and product knowledge to Content Writers and Designers to craft compelling messages about our product and its benefits across landing pages, ad campaigns etc.
  • Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point
  • Communicate product updates and translate technical details into benefits for the user
  • Evaluate features and product launches using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers
  • Communicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process
  • Plan and participate in the launch of new features and products which involve several different departments

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as Head of Marketing or Product Marketing Manager, handling similar responsibilities
    • You have successfully launched new products and/or features
    • You have a strategic mindset but are not afraid to be in the weeds to get things done
    • You have a good understanding of the different marketing functions and channels and how they work together to drive growth
    • You have worked directly on developing positioning, value propositions, and messaging and have experience in conducting user and market research
    • You have experience working cross-functionally, i.e. with product teams, data teams
    • You are fluent in English, bonus if you speak Spanish or French
