Product Manager - Platform in Barcelona
Our teams are putting the world’s retailers online using the cloud, robotics, AI, and IoT. We provide services to partner clients globally via our innovative advanced robotics technology, known as the Ocado Smart Platform ("OSP"), this drives our highly automated, multi-million pound Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs). In our CFCs - together with the proprietary software applications - we operate a world-class online grocery business that automates the single pick of products, ready for your online delivery.
About the role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Observability team, whose aim it is to provide wider Ocado Technology teams with the tools and services they need in order to detect, conduct root cause analysis and resolve issues and incidents with our applications. We need to be able to find solutions, understand the behaviour of our systems and how users interact with them, in order to reduce the impact of issues as well as give our teams the tools to work more efficiently.

Experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner within a highly technical domain
A deep understanding of Software Development Lifecycle processes
Knowledge of how engineers use observability practices to be more aware of how the applications are performing (metrics, logs, traces)
Knowledge of working with multiple functional areas, including Project Management, Engineering, UX/UI
Proven ability to plan, manage, track and deliver on commitments
Proven ability to make decisions based on value
Ability to work in a team effectively and / or work autonomously
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Defining product roadmaps, building collaboratively with Design and Engineering peers, and shipping at scale
Experience capturing and communicating requirements to support product realisation
