We are looking for a Product Manager - Onboarding to join our new Merchant Onboarding Success team. You'll be focused on the merchant's experience during the onboarding process, looking for the smoothest, most efficient, frictionless and guided experience. This includes responsibility to define the customer journey, the choice of platforms and tools involved, the roadmap and prioritization. For this purpose you will be working cross-functionally with different stakeholders such as internal experts and users, as well as different internal departments and external vendors.

What your job will entail… 🙂
Develop and shape the product roadmap and strategy for the Merchant Onboarding process.
Research and understand users’ needs and problems and map all processes & tools involved in the current onboarding process.
Design the end to end customer journey of an ideal onboarding experience.
Research existing tools and providers to enrich the onboarding process.
Research and understand merchants' needs and problems and determine the right set of opportunities to develop.
Drive product planning, design, and product requirements documents for new features and enhancements.
Roadmap and its execution: own the backlog, define and write user stories, prioritize, adapt to change, manage, and help to manage uncertainty.
Coordinate resources, teams, stakeholders and missions to ensure the highest quality outcome-focused delivery.
Create reports and key indicators.

You have at least 3 years as a Product Manager.
Experience working in KYC/Onboarding Domain.
Experience in going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements and driving prioritization.
Experience driving projects with cross-functional colleagues and leading a product team.
Experience defining key customer and product metrics.
Enjoys using tools like Jira, Confluence and Github to improve, execute, track and monitor product progress.
Data-informed and outcome-focused mindset.
UX notions, API and web services.
Desirable experience in onboarding processes.
Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish.
