Now we’re looking for a Product Manager for Clinic Agenda team (product team that builds the best booking management system for clinics in all our markets), join our Tech team and lead a multidisciplinary team located both in Barcelona and Warsaw.
The challenge is as enormous as the scale and style of the whole DocPlanner undertaking - we are the world's leading marketplace for doctors and patients, enabling booking and management of doctor's offices (SaaS model). We are a leader in 11 countries, creating a tool for over 92k active doctors. What is more, 61.9 mln unique patients are visiting our website each month. Last month, 4.8 mln medical visits were booked on our website. We have 7 offices around the world and our team consists of over 1000 people.

What will you do with us?
- Set the product vision & priorities for your team: you will be the main source of prioritization and vision for a cross-functional team to reach business objectives and solve real user problems. You will also be the key contributor to deliver on our strategy and take our product and user experience to the next level.
- Build a business vision: you will be close to the business and make sure product development is aligned with business goals. Focus on understanding the business model and challenging it and contributing to it.
- Launch the Product: develop product launch plans together with engineering, marketing, customer success and sales teams and finally launching products. Propose go-to-market plans, positioning, messaging and all elements related to the business case.
- Solve user needs: engage with users to understand their needs/problems, prioritize and develop a product that solves those needs in a scalable way. Experiment continuously to learn and iterate. Work with researchers translating insights into deep understanding of the target users, their needs and how to deliver product value and delight.
- Align stakeholders & team: engage with customer success, sales and other teams to identify opportunities and shape future strategies. Communicate clearly product vision, benefits and results to stakeholders and other interests. Work collaboratively with the team and stakeholders to develop a prioritized list of hypotheses to test and product increments to build.
- Track business results: define, monitor and analyze metrics for launched products and feed learnings into the development process.
- Improve product development: collaborate with the rest of the PMs in every country to learn, contribute and share work that can be reused on a global basis
