The position
We're looking for a talented and experienced Product Design Lead to help turn our mission from vision to reality, working from the beginning to the end of the product journey, from new disruptive ideas to delightful micro-interactions.

Product Design Leads at Jobandtalent are a vital bridge between the humans we serve and the technology we build to serve them. We are looking for design leaders who are user obsessed, boundlessly curious and technically adept; equipped to build and manage a team who will take our product to the next level.
Accountable for the product design output, standards and approach within your tribe and reporting into the Director of Product Design, you will be a key member of the product design function helping to shape our product design strategy and practices and communicate the impact product design has to the wider business.
