We are looking for a motivated Product Delivery Specialist to join our international and diverse product development team.


Your responsibilities

You will closely collaborate with our Product Manager who will support and guide you in achieving your goals. As a Product Delivery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in making sure our product development process works as smoothly as possible, with a special focus on ensuring we deliver the highest level of quality.


a. Supporting our planning & delivery process

  • Provide operational support to the development team;

  • Make sure that requirements are clear and tickets are ready to be picked up;

  • Communicate with stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks;

  • Support developers during delivery and provide answers on requirements to help the team achieve our sprint goals.


b. Functional quality assurance & testing

  • Help define acceptance criteria in user stories;

  • Identify pain points in the user journey;

  • Help define and manage our functional testing processes.


c. Product and user documentation

  • Grow and maintain our internal product knowledge base;

  • Collaborate with customer success on creating valuable user documentation.

Job requirements

Your knowledge and experience

  • 2+ years of relevant experience within software development (customer support, product, QA, business analyst...).

  • Knowledge of product development processes and toolings (Confluence, Jira…).

  • Knowledge of functional testing workflows, toolings and best practices.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and define priorities.

  • Experience working in an agile start-up to scale up environment.

  • Affinity with or willingness to learn about accounting and financial management workflows.
