📄 JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Backend Developer focusing on PHP for Veepee, you will be working within the Pink Connect team. The idea behind Pink Connect is to provide a single entry point to the sellers to be able to manage their activity within all the countries where Veepee has an active marketplace such as France, Spain or Italy, and developing software with the purpose of receiving brand and shops information (catalog, stock, prices, etc), distributing this information to the different marketplaces and downloading the orders of the products sold providing a single entry point for the sellers to manage all the orders.
🎯 TASKS
- Develop high-quality features, ensure high test coverage and troubleshoot to eliminate bugsKeep debug outputs tidy, write comments during development and ensure technical documentation;
- Constantly optimize systems to ensure reliability, performance, scalability, and maintainability;
- Monitor your deployments and product through Kibana and Grafana:
- Contribute to the design, architecture, and development of our products and services;
- Supporting your product on production.
👉 MUST HAVE skills
- Proficiency in PHP;
- Experience working with Symfony, Laravel, Yii, or similar framework;
- Good knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB;
- Hands-on knowledge and experience in backend development systems and methodologies;
- Produce highly scalable, high-quality software;
- Experience in using version control systems like GIT and comfortable working with branches;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Outgoing - able to communicate well externally and also with the rest of the team;
- Creative, driven, proactive, and motivated to try new things;
- A versatile, practical, pragmatic worker capable of working autonomously and as a part of an interdisciplinary team.

- Experience in frontend technologies, such as React, Vue, HTML, CSS, Ajax, JQuery,...
