We started Tropicfeel to create versatile shoes that could span our lives, allowing us to focus more on enjoying our life experiences and less on packing the right gear. Our very first product has been a massive success on Kickstarter (Most Funded Shoe Ever in Kickstarter History) and has allowed us to validate that it is possible to Build a Global Brand from scratch with a unique set of values.

Our existing performance marketing campaigns operate on a global basis and focus on social media PPC. We are aiming to develop our affiliation and SEM business with ROAS oriented campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Daily control of SEM/affiliation, campaigns and sales.
- Creative briefings, delivery of assets to agencies/affiliates.
- Affiliation policy and relationship in several countries/regions.
- Trends / competitive analysis to identify new opportunities both in SEM and affiliation.
- General support to the Performance Marketing Director in other channels (Social media PPC, CRM)
Required Skills & Background
- At least 2-4 experience
- Analytical mind.
- Spreadsheet: google sheets/excel. Master pivot tables, filters.
- Excellent English skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Negotiation skills to deal with affiliates.
- Results oriented person.
- Knowledge of Adwords and affiliate platforms
