Who you are
- You have a background in business, economics or marketing, and a specific formal education in digital or performance marketing
- You bring work experience with performance marketing techniques
such as SEM, social media advertising (FB, IG, Twitter, LI, youtube),
display, retargeting, email marketing and digital performance analytics
- You are a curious, analytical thinker and a results-oriented
individual with a strong attitude of making things happen and a
consistent focus on creating value and driving performance
- You are a great communicator, ideally bilingual in English and Spanish
What you will do
- Plan, build, manage and evaluate our paid media campaigns managing our paid marketing budget to drive maximum results
- Build, maintain and scale retargeting and display marketing campaigns in English and Spanish on multiple platforms
- Track, A/B test and improve traffic and conversion rates across all paid marketing landing pages
- Work inside a top-performing lead generation team (content,
creative and ops), and the rest of the growth team to align on the team
objectives
- Optimize campaigns for performance and growth basing your decisions on real data
