Our ambitions are big, we’re working with top-tier investors to achieve them and we’re growing a team to surpass them. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and awareness of Numan within our target market. This is a varied role with exciting growth opportunities!
What you will be doing:
-Design and coordinating customer acquisitions campaigns across a
number of established performance channels including paid search, paid
social and display.
-Work directly with our external agencies across campaigns, ensuring the agencies are delivering on performance metrics.
-Get hands-on with our campaigns and help to eventually bring some of the channels in house.
-Work collaboratively with both inhouse and external Designers to create inspirational & on-brand creative for our campaigns.
-Manage the reporting and measuring of campaigns, gaining actionable insight for future activity.
-Constantly optimise budgets across channels towards LTV maximisation at a campaign level
We would love to hear from you if:
-You have experience of working in at least one performance channel
with a desire to broaden and develop your experience with wider paid
channels. -Expertise with paid social and/ or PPC would be a preference,
however we are open!
-You’re highly-analytical and numerical- a whizz at Google Analytics and are nearing Excel super-user status, if you are not there already.
-You have built custom reporting projects from scratch and aren’t afraid to get into the weeds of databases if you need to
-You are not afraid of trying out new tactics- you are comfortable discovering and testing new channels that will push performance.
-Are obsessive about details, process and optimisation.
-Want to work for a brand with purpose! A passion for health and wellbeing would be a huge advantage.
