We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Project Manager to join our People (HR) Projects team. The successful candidate will work on projects partnering with different teams for supporting the People (HR) department’s strategy linked with Criteo Growth and transformation. We have an ambitious roadmap that includes company-wide projects (business change, implementation of new HR tools, etc).

What you ll do :

  • Managing key internal People projects from the beginning until the end
  • Defining and scoping People projects (covering a mix of internal projects for our People function as well as projects supporting organizational change across the wider business)
  • Planning and monitoring the project
  • Time & cost estimating
  • Managing risks and issues
  • Building change Management plans
  • Creating transition plan, identifies lessons learned, and applies the lessons learned to future projects
  • Successfully driving projects to completion, managing to project plan and budget
  • Establishing and maintaining team members and project stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications
  • Supporting improvement of methodologies, processes and tools within People Project team
  • Who you are :

  • You have a work experience in a global company
  • You have significant experience in Project Management in an HR or related environment. You have experience in running projects related to organisational change projects, partnering with internal business clients, as well as projects focused on the HR function (processes, tools etc.).
  • You have strong organization, time management and project management skills
  • You have relevant qualification related to Project Management (PMI, Prince2 or equivalent) and a strong technical grounding in all aspects of Project Management
  • You are able to draft and present business cases and project plans in a clear and concise manner
  • You are willing to learn every day, face new challenges and drive things through
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • You are able to work effectively and in collaboratively way across functions/teams
  • You have strong analytical skills
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English
  • You have strong Excel / PowerPoint skills
  • A background in consultancy would be a preference
