Responsibilities
As a first mover, you are part of the success story of wefox in France
Taking ownership for all operational matters in France
Close collaboration with our French founding partner and the headquarter of wefox in Berlin
Own and manage the performance of the French operations and sales support team
Own,
analyse, specify and implement business processes for France and take
an active role in presenting and shaping the business model strategy for
France
You are responsible for building up you own team
Opportunity to develop into the role as Head of Operations France
Qualifications & Skills
You have at least 3+ years of work experience in operations, ideally in insurance sector
You are fluent in French and English language; Spanish or German is a plus
You have acquired leadership experience by leading and growing an operations and/or service team
You have a strong understanding about the insurance industry and its processes
You have the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced, strong-growth environment
You have worked in a startup or consulting environment and know what it requires to make a big vision become reality
You have the ability to quickly understand, structure and solve problems that are coming your way
You have worked with Salesforce as a user; administrator skills are a big plus
You have a strong affinity towards digital business models, innovation and transformation
You have a profound academic record (in the area of Business and or IT/ Information Management - Bachelor/Master)
