Luckey, now a part of the Airbnb family, is a leading Host Management Company. Luckey offers property owners an all-inclusive service: listing of their residence, management of guest arrivals and departures, professional cleaning services, 24/7 assistance, and more.

As we continue to expand our business, we continue to look for the best and brightest to drive strategic business decisions. To this end, Luckey is looking for a Spain Operations Manager to join the Luckey team in Madrid. Directly working alongside our Operations team based in Paris, your role is strategic to ensure the success of the Luckey launch in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • At launch act like a strategic partner in the field by bringing new customers onboard and managing the on the ground operational team
  • Build a network of City Managers to support Luckey efforts to grow and scale in Spain
  • Develop and optimize best-in class processes based on City Managers’ daily challenges to ensure both their growth and quality performances
  • Accelerate the business growth, testing and unlocking additional host acquisition levers
  • Drive and support local and country level tactical short-term wins and strategic long-term actions
  • Act as a relay between the leadership and local teams


Requirements
  • Qualified candidates will have 8+ years of work experience, preferably with combined exposure to management consulting and/or project management in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment
  • Hands on and not afraid to roll sleeves up when needed
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong appetite for a challenge
  • Strong analytical and business backgrounds as well as an understanding of strategic partnerships and/or marketing and operations
  • Ability to frame issues and develop hypotheses to solve issues
  • Experience in team management would be a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communicator with excellent presentation skills. Fluent in Spanish and English required
