Cleanzy is new and innovative marketplace that allows individuals to enjoy life while having hassle free cleaning services at home. Currently, we are actively working in Turkey, Italy, and Spain. We aim to be the leading on-demand home service startup in our region.
We’re looking to create our team starting with an Operations Associate to support the Country Manager with the sourcing and onboarding processes for independent contractors. The operations team focuses on building and maintaining the best network of cleaning professionals across all the markets we operate. This role is an amazing hands-on opportunity for self-starters who want to actively contribute to change the way that home services are delivered across the country.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Managing verification process for applicants to the Cleanzy platform
Executing recruiting and marketing plans across a variety of channels
Producing and reviewing daily and weekly management reports
Conducting analysis to identify improvements areas in the current onboarding process
Finding creative solutions to challenges that come up in a fast-paced, ever-growing startup
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree required
1 year experience in a customer service role
Native Spanish and fluent english
Strong organizational and communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Intermediate analytical / Excel skills
Self-starters who enjoy doing a variety of hands-on work
