We are seeking a passionate, collaborative and technically minded Onboarding Manager for Europe to join our Global Partner Services team, based in HomeAway's London office. You will lead the Onboarding Specialist team, responsible for various client activation projects for Property Managers.

What you’ll do:


•You will be responsible for the completion of activation, upgrade, and e-commerce enablement projects handled by Onboarding Specialists
•You will communicate with Sales managers to ensure delivery of key projects within Sales timelines
•You will coordinate with the Pre-Onboarding Team Managers to make sure hand-off processes are efficient and up-to-date and that projects are flowing smoothly across teams, including pilots for new integrations, products, or processes
•You will maintain and optimize team processes; develop new team processes in coordination with team members and other managers, as well as other teams, with a focus on optimizing client performance
•You will work with Product to help define specs for products related to team responsibilities and help to test new products
•You will assist team with troubleshooting and handle escalated concerns, as needed
•You will track and provide data on team KPIs related to client satisfaction, project completion, etc.
•You will plan and own execution of other related projects, as assigned
 

Who you are:


•You have a bachelor’s degree
•You are highly fluent in Spanish & English. French, German, Italian, or Portuguese are a plus
•You have between 3-4 years of experience in implementation management, client services project management, or engagement management
•You have between 2-3 years of management experience, including experience developing a team spread across multiple locations
•You are detail-oriented, quality-focused, organized self-starter
•You have excellent oral and written communication skills
•You are able to dedicatedly identify complexities and retain ownership of issues through resolution
•You are able to understand complex problems, assess and vet all available information, and provide and implement successful solutions
•You have experience establishing KPIs, reporting on results, and adjusting procedures to improve results
