You help to manage day-to-day responsibilities in our office, including facilities and administration.
You support HR development activities
Your coordinate with external services
You will create contracts and reference letters for employees
You will take care of our HRIS System and update staff data
You will play an active part in finding the best suited candidates and future employees for us
- You will support in Recruiting matters, e.g. writing job descriptions
You have excellent attention to detail, someone who is familiar with working in an office environment
You love organizational and administrative tasks
Communication is one of your passions
You have already gained some experience in HR
Ideally, you should be familiar with visa processes and contract creation
You enjoy recruitment and are happy to work as a “matchmaker”, finding the best talent and the best fit for us
