Job Description

  • You help to manage day-to-day responsibilities in our office, including facilities and administration.

  • You support HR development activities

  • Your coordinate with external services

  • You will create contracts and reference letters for employees

  • You will take care of our HRIS System and update staff data

  • You will play an active part in finding the best suited candidates and future employees for us

  • You will support in Recruiting matters, e.g. writing job descriptions

Who we are looking for:

  • You have excellent attention to detail, someone who is familiar with working in an office environment

  • You love organizational and administrative tasks

  • Communication is one of your passions

  • You have already gained some experience in HR

  •  Ideally, you should be familiar with visa processes and contract creation

  • You enjoy recruitment and are happy to work as a “matchmaker”, finding the best talent and the best fit for us

  • You are fluent in German and English
