About the department:

Growth Marketing team is now composed of digital marketing specialists (CRM, Growth Marketing, Paid Media, SEO/ASO, Analytics) with strong experience in user acquisition and engagement. The team works in collaboration with each division of Hosco to deliver results for B2C & B2B performance objectives.


Hosco is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a young and dynamic team based in our Barcelona office.


The candidate will be working alongside Performance Marketing Manager to manage paid media campaigns to drive member acquisition & job applications for our clients’ job postings on Hosco both APP and Web.


Job Role:


  • Managing, growing and optimizing mobile acquisition campaigns through Facebook, Google, Ad networks, DSP or any other media platform;
  • Reporting: gather traffic, spend, and conversion data from various sources (publishers, google analytics, database etc.) to produce spreadsheet reports on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly)
  • Ability to compile and analyse performance data and metrics;
  • Utilise analytics tool to get actionable insights, research potential new acquisition channels, proactively test new campaigns to scale user acquisition & engagement;
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders;
  • REQUIREMENTS

    • 1/2+ years of demonstrable professional experience in paid search on cpm/cpc/cpi/cpa paid media campaign management for a multi-language website/app product;
    • Experience using app attribution tool (Appsflyer or Adjust);
    • Strong understanding and experience with iOS and Android marketplaces;
    • You are fluent in English (common office language);
    • Strong Excel & numerical skills;
    • Understanding of various cost models (cpc, cpm, cpa, cpi) & performance metrics (ctr, conversion rate, churn rate, cohorts etc.);
    • Understanding of customer funnel and ability to efficiently prioritise budget across channels
    • Possess a strong business acumen;


    Nice to have:

    • Experience in job advertising

    • Experience working closely with CRM Area (Braze)

    • Experience working in ASO

    • Experience working Web media buying 
    • Interest in marketing automation and algorithm
    • Experience running product feed / PLA campaign
    • You love working with millions of rows of data
