Mobile Programmatic Specialist

We are looking for a Mobile Programmatic Specialist, to join our growth marketing team.

The candidate will help us to manage our mobile advertising campaigns, focusing on programmatic media, Google, RTB, ad networks and other mobile media partners. He/she will develop digital plans and manage campaigns, optimizing them to get the best results.
Daily tasks include

Manage Movistar mobile advertising investments executed in a programmatic ecosystem

Hands-on mobile advertising operations (managing and trafficking programmatic campaigns) including technical trouble-shooting and issue resolution

Analyze ongoing results to identify campaign trends and key insights to optimize and improve results

Cooperate with internal clients and external partners (both nationally and internationally).

Identify and explore new opportunities to improve our user acquisition strategy.


3 years experience and hands on in Programmatic and full understanding of at least 2 important DSP platforms and reporting functions, such as Sizmek, Mediamath or DBM.

Strong understanding of the mobile app industry: stakeholders, media-buying, sellers, suppliers, mobile measurement platforms.

Experience working with ad servers and DMPs.

Understanding of online marketing KPIs (CPC, CPI, CTR, CR, LTV...) to optimize campaigns

Great communication skills

Results-oriented mindset

Strong organization and proactivity skills

Bonus points

Experience working with Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, affiliates, ad networks...

Experience using mobile attribution tools, such as Appsflyer or Adjust.

Technical skills: HTML, SQL

Knowledge of LATAM markets.
