Overview

This role is a critical part of the Global Mid-Market Marketing Team. This role will be focused on the execution, management and ongoing testing/optimization of innovation customer marketing programs and processes that will help the Criteo Mid-Market business grow through automation and scale. This role will be expected to work closely with all departments as part of a multidisciplinary team.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage all marketing campaigns from beginning to end ensuring they meet the target objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Partner with Operations, Account Strategy, Product Marketing and Platform teams to develop and execute all marketing campaigns.
  • A/B test campaigns to trial new ideas for effectiveness.
  • Report campaign results to senior management, explain variances and make recommendations.
  • Work to strict deadlines and KPI’s as set

What do we NEED?

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing (ideally from a SaaS technology startup)
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation required, experience with Salesforce and Pardot a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of testing practices, including A/B, multivariate, bayesian, etc; Data-driven and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work and deliver strong results both in a team setting and autonomously
  • Passionate about new media and how Criteo can define new boundaries in the online advertising industry
  • Knowledge of competing products a plus
  • Fluent English spoken and written required, additional languages a plus
