iContainers is looking for a B2B marketer to lead our marketing
department and to execute the marketing plan, which includes developing
brand awareness and traffic acquisition methods, improving and
increasing our lead gen channels, nurturing those leads to into
customers, and reinforce retention and repetition.

As our Marketing Manager, you will lead a team of
marketing specialists supported by the product and IT teams, and report
to the CMO/CPO.
Your responsibilities include:
To build and manage a rich content/editorial
calendar that attracts qualified audiences to our own original material
(including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars,
infographics, etc.).
To lead and execute SEO & SEM
strategies, including on-page SEO, keyword research, link building and
AdWords campaigns setup & optimization.
To coordinate media relations and events and conferences to position iContainers within the targeted markets.
To
establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our
inbound marketing activities can attract customers, and continually
refine processes to convert customers.
To optimize our marketing automation flows and lead nurturing processes.
To monitor the effectiveness of the marketing department’s activities, analyze data, detect opportunities, and report results.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience managing teams and 2-4 years of online marketing experience.
Proficiency in English is a must. Intermediate Spanish is mandatory (at least B1 level).
Proficiency
in at least one of the following digital marketing areas: SEO, SEM,
Media & PR, content strategy, marketing automation, CRM.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and ease with quantitative analysis.
Proven ability to work well across departments and different international offices.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to make informed decisions.
Experience in freight forwarding and logistics is highly valued.
