We're looking for passionate Marketing Director to join our team!

Founded in 2010 with the hit game Cut the Rope, Zeptolab has always been keen to focus on building massive mobile products based upon three key pillars - innovation, quality and fun. These things combined with the “virality by the design” approach and strong marketing efforts have helped Zeptolab establish and grow new worldwide famous franchises including King of Thieves (Game of Year 2014 on the App Store) and C.A.T.S. (Game of Year 2017 on Google Play).

Currently, Zeptolab games have been downloaded more than 1.5bln times worldwide.

In order to significantly increase this number, ZeptoLab is looking for a passionate marketing guru to oversee and grow all marketing-related activities.

Zeptolab has recently opened its international office in Barcelona. In this office, they run marketing as well as various other functions.

As Marketing Director, you will be responsible for the overall company marketing strategy and user acquisition activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the team of 8-10 strong marketing professionals (UA, Product Marketing, Influencers, PR etc.)
  • Leading and motivating internal and external creative teams
  • Defining and implementing the marketing strategy
  • Developing the product marketing team and helping the products to interact with the users in the best possible way
  • Taking part in the company future pipeline building
  • Collaborating effectively with other teams to deliver the best user experience
  • Budget and P&L ownership

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Marketing manager in the mobile industry (gaming or applications) with demonstrable results
  • Top professional with proven experience in marketing
  • Strong UA background/understanding of all key channel specifics
  • Ability to set ambitious goals and lead the team to deliver results
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of brand-building principles
  • Budget and P&L experience
  • Passionate gaming enthusiast
