And this is our Manager Data Analytics for those who strive to implement functional processes and drive them to full completion.

Tasks in the role

  • Develop and own governance, principles, standards, and training support for self-serve analytics.

  • Manage the services provided in alignment and collaboration with our key stakeholders.

  • Develop, motivate, and manage the Analytics team.

  • Advocate analytics and data literacy.

  • Consult business and IT stakeholders (junior to senior management) on any questions related to analytics capabilities.

  • Support and review dashboard creation and certification.

Who we are looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in BI or Data Science.

  • 3+ years of applied quantitative skills.

  • One or more years of experience in Data Engineering.

  • Several years of experience in Business Process Management, Definition, and Improvement.

  • Several years of experience in Data Governance and Data Quality initiatives or processes.

  • Thought leadership. Highly creative mind and ability to think outside the box both conceptually and pragmatically.

  • Advocate and influencer with ability to explain complex topics in simple terms both verbally and in written form.

  • English to at least a B2 level, as you will be communicating with our US colleagues.

A bit about the team

Enterprise Architecture and Data Analytics (EADA) is a department reporting directly to the CIO. We provide guidance regarding the interdependencies of business, applications, data, and infrastructure planes during transformations and incremental changes, and we bring an end-to-end perspective to the table. We also manage internal Data Warehouses and BI, including the governance, quality, ingestion, and integration of data. We are organized in three practices: Design, Data Delivery & Warehouse, and Analytics, and our team is distributed in various countries, mostly within Europe.

We are looking for a Manager, Data Analytics, to lead our Analytics Practice. The role is to develop, manage, and continuously improve our analytics capabilities (toolset and methodology) in alignment with today’s and tomorrow’s business needs and based on best practices and the latest technology trends.

Our ambitious task is to provide methods and tools that enable data-driven decision-making in the company. To drive reporting transparency and quality, we will introduce and maintain guidelines, training support, developer, and dashboard certification for self-service reporting (Tableau). We may create specifically critical dashboards on demand. We will scout trends related to methods and tools which unlock more advanced data science capabilities for business users and support overall data literacy.
